Trusting your pen-testing team is the key component of successful and effective cooperation as well as getting best results to improve your cybersecurity environment. One of the aspects to fostering trust in the cooperation is the feedback of customers working together with your pen-testing team and outlining the major positive experiences and areas to be improved.
Here’s an example of such a feedback we’ve got from our valued customer, Santosh Usha Srinivasa from doctari, after completing the pen-testing project and delivering the results-document including remediation recommendations.
Scope of the pen-testing project was to execute OWASP TOP 10 relevant pen-tests for one of the customer’s existing web-applications used by thousands of users via the internet. To not impact the web-application live operation for their users, pen-tests were executed on a “previous day” staging system (1 day old copy of the live-system).
Overall, the provided feedback is structured along 4 main topics of “Deliverable Quality”, “Delivery Reliability”, “Communication/Collaboration” and “Customer Satisfaction Rating”.
Quality of the Pen-Tests Results Document
“The quality of the pen-tests results document met our expectations. It provided actionable recommendations for enhancing our cybersecurity posture. The comprehensive report was valuable in understanding our security landscape. Steps to reproduce and in detailed explanation of the root cause could be more valuable. Only improvement needed is the quality of the report.”
Our reports aim to not only identify vulnerabilities but also provide detailed recommendations to address them. However, we acknowledge the need for continuous improvement. Our customer suggested that including more detailed steps to reproduce issues and a deeper explanation of root causes would enhance the value of our reports even further. We are committed to refining our documentation processes to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
Delivery and Communication Punctuality
“We were impressed by the punctuality and professionalism demonstrated in delivery and communication throughout the engagement. Timely updates and responsiveness to queries ensured a smooth collaboration process. The team’s commitment to meeting deadlines contributed significantly to our overall satisfaction.”
Our team is dedicated to maintaining this standard of professionalism to ensure every project runs smoothly and efficiently.
Collaboration Quality
“Collaboration with your eudaiTec and Vulncure team was seamless and productive. From initial scoping discussions to the final review, your team worked closely with us to address any concerns. The open communication channels fostered a collaborative environment, enabling us to integrate the delivered results into our cybersecurity roadmap effectively.”
By involving our clients in every step of the process – from initial discussions to the final review – we ensure that their concerns are addressed promptly, and the solutions provided are tailored to their specific needs. This method fosters a strong partnership and facilitates the effective implementation of our recommendations.
NPS Score (Likelihood to Recommend)
“On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being very likely, we would rate our likelihood to recommend your services to someone else as 9. The positive experience we had with your team, combined with the great quality of your work, makes us confident in recommending your services to others seeking reliable cybersecurity penetration testing services.”
A high NPS score of 9 signifies our customer’s satisfaction and trust in our services. It is a testament to the quality of work we deliver and the positive experiences our clients have with us. This score not only reflects our commitment to excellence but also motivates us to continually strive to improve our services.
